Civilizations soon crumbled and the race responsible for the tragedy fell along with it, never to be seen again. Hundreds of years later, when the rubble was rebuilt, the races began to blame each other. They divided and claimed their own element of magic, hoarding it from one another to, in their minds, protect Xandara from the possibility of destruction once more. The poison of hatred continued to seep its way through the hearts of many as the years passed, and even after several generations, the divide remains...
One race was far more ambitious than the rest of their kin, and grew hungry for new discoveries. They pushed the limits of magic and their technology past the natural bounds, and it soon became their greatest regret. Their mistake caused the magic of Xandara to stagger with unbalance, and the world quickly discovered a new meaning to the words darkness and death.
Today, many call Xandara home, though not all were here before The Fall...Thousands of years ago, The Primordials, individuals graced with the first forms of magic ruled Xandara. They were the first elves, dwarves, fae, demons, dragonfolk, and water dwellers to call these lands home...some even believe it was a Primordial who gave Xandara its name. As the years passed, peace and prosperity flourished as the Primordials used their magic to advance both civilization and technology.

The divided races soon gave themselves names, to solidify their differences. This was the birth of the six Courts-
The Court of Riches,
Keepers of Alchemy
The Court of Roses,
Defenders of Nature
The Court of Veils,
Curators of Energy
The Court of Shadows,
Warders of Mind
The Court of Souls,
Protectors of Spirit
The Court of Virtues,
Guardians of Matter
